This website is a private, invite-only site for guests of our wedding. It is not a commercial service, and it doesn't run ads, analytics, or any third-party trackers. This policy explains what little data we collect, why, and how you can ask us to remove it.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie: a signed session cookie used to keep you logged in after you click your magic link. It's strictly necessary for the site to function — there's no way to view your invitation or submit an RSVP without it — so we don't show a cookie consent banner. The cookie is not used for advertising, tracking across other sites, or any purpose beyond keeping you signed in, and it's cleared when you log out or expires automatically.

What we collect

We collect only what's needed to plan the wedding and manage guest invitations:

• Your name and email address, which we use to invite you
• Your RSVP responses, including attendance and dietary notes you provide
• Basic access timestamps (e.g. when you last logged in), used to keep the guest list current

We don't sell or rent this information to anyone. It's used only to plan and run our wedding.

How we use it

Your information is used to send you invitations and updates about the wedding, to record your RSVP, and to plan logistics such as catering and rooming. We rely on reputable third-party infrastructure and email-delivery providers to run the site and send mail on our behalf — they process your data only to provide that service to us, not for their own purposes. Some of this processing may take place outside your country, under appropriate safeguards.

Your data, your choice

You can ask us at any time to see what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Just email admin@leeghaem.com and we'll take care of it.
